How to place an order?
To order a product in Bladeville store, use the navigation menu to find the product you are interested in. Please refer to the specification (description, size chart, photos, videos) and then check if the wanted size is available. Sizes that can be selected from the list are available.
If a product meets our requirements click "Add to Cart" button. To buy more than one product, repeat all above steps for each product.
We can go to the shopping cart by clicking the icon located on the side. Once there you can verify the products you intend to buy, and make any changes such as a change in the quantity or remove products from the Shopping Cart.
If the list of products in the "Shopping cart" has been verified, proceed to the next step by clicking the "Continue" button. Before you begin the next step, the system will ask us to sign in by entering your email and password to your account to Bladeville shop. We also recall that by contacting our customer service you can change the methods of shipment and payment, or make changes to the list of bought products - no need to cancel the whole order.

In case of delivery by a courier, sent order can be tracked at https://www.ups.com/ giving the tracking number received via e-mail. If the e-mail with a Tracking Number was not received, please check your spam folder in the program to receive e-mails or contact with our staff.
In case of the Polish Post shipping, please contact the store employees Bladeville to obtain a tracking number and then use it here - http://sledzenie.poczta-polska.pl/.
The purchased goods do not fit / I do not like them – Can I return / exchange it?
All goods purchased in Bladeville store can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the date of delivery. More information can be found in the Help / Returns and Exchanges.
I received different product than the one that was ordered - what should I do?
If the order is shipped with a different product than the one stated on the print order, please contact the customer service of Bladeville shop as soon as possible.
If the item was sent by mistake, Bladeville staff will order a courier to pick up the faulty goods, then we will re-send you the correct product. The client in this case does not bear any costs.
What is PREORDER?
All the products in Bladeville store denoted by the term PREORDER are the products that are available after the deadline specified in the description.
These types of goods can normally be ordered, but the order will be processed after a specified time.
All other products, unmarked with “PREORDER” term are sent within 24 hours.
Can I choose / change the color of each part of the purchased product?
Yes, provided that it is possible to replace the part in the product without compromising its technical condition and the part is available at Bladeville store.
To get the goods with different parts, you must leave an info in the comment field in the process of placing an order – please write what elements should be replaced before checking whether they are available on www.bladeville.com.
Are goods purchased in Hedonskate store under warranty?
Guarantee is included only within products that have a manufacturer's warranty.
However, every product purchased from the Bladeville is governed by the complaint in accordance with the principles described here.
