Powerslide Phuzion Argon 110 Syncro - Rose Inline Skates

Powerslide Phuzion Argon is one of the most technologically advanced softboot fitness skates on the market. Starting from the base, the outer skeleton of the skate – it is made out of polymer material reinforced with addition of glass fibre. This vastly improves rigidity, resulting in better energy transfer and ankle support. The Trinity frame mounting system has became a standard in Powerslide skates, was used in Phuzion line in the past and is still present here. It further improves the overall skate rigidity, lowers the centre of gravity and ensures that vibrations during skating are distributed more evenly through the boot. It is also very handy when it comes to swapping frames – all Trinity frames fit all Trinity compatible boots! The choice of frames is extremely rich, ranging from very affordable Elite Casted ones to one of the most advanced models ever released.

The upper part of the boot is modeled after a 90’s ‘kicks’ look, and made out of more durable and rigid materials, thanks to which boot holds your feet firmly in place and is more supportive. Use of Recall memory foams makes inside of the boot  quickly adapting to skater’s anatomy and remember the shape. The heel area has been shaped anatomically to ensure that foot will be locked in place. Insole is made out of EVA foam, adjusting to user’s foot and providing superb comfort.

When it comes to frame and wheels, the frame is casted out of ADC10 aluminium and given finishing touch on CNC machine to get rid of excess of material and give them cleaner look. It measures 270 mm and fits three 110 mm diameter wheels, making for a very fast setup, perfect for long distance skating and intense aerobic workout. The wheels have high rebound 83A hardness, Super High Rebound urethane compound, making them comfortable to cruise, fast on and long lasting. The highlight of Argon Syncro Rose 110 is the newly designed brake. Even though it works in a similar way to other active braking solutions from the past, it does bring something new to the table. It is simple concept – push the leg with a brake forward, which causes the cuff to tilt backwards – then, the lever does the rest, activating brake. No need to bend your stance. The entirely new thing here is brake putting pressure on all three wheels at the same time, instead of just rear one. Thanks to it, braking is more efficient and in conjunction with stable 270 mm frame, the skates are easier to handle and safer to skate for absolute beginners! Furthermore, this brake limits the wheel wear in comparison to popular T-Stop technique and doesn’t wear as fast as traditional brakes, too.
