The MPC brand, also known as  Mearthane Products Corporation is located in Cranson, Rhode Island, USA. The brand can be a little bit enigmatic for us Europeans – their products are not targeted at the mass market and availability on this side of the pond was never great either. As of today, all leading speedskating wheels manufacturers use this technology.
