K2 Surge Inline Skates

K2 Surge (along with the Grid models) are the first in K2's history to be based on a hard shell, known as Hardshell. The K2 Surge inline skates have been designed with skaters of all skill levels in mind. They are based on a hardshell made of polypropylene, to which a cuff made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) has been mounted, ensuring a proper fit while maintaining stability during skating. The entire set is additionally equipped with Vortech ventilation channels, which cool the feet with flowing air during the ride.

The comfort of the feet in K2 Surge skates is provided by a new K2 liner with a quick lacing system. All K2 Surge models are also equipped with a top buckle and a 45-degree buckle with micro-adjustment on the instep, plus a lacing system, allowing for individual adjustment of the skates to personal needs.

The frames of each of the K2 Surge models is a rigid and lightweight frame made of extruded aluminum 6061, equipped with wheels of 82A hardness and Twincam ILQ bearings - perfect for smooth and dynamic city skating. Additionally, K2 Surge skates are available in various wheel configurations, both in terms of size and number (3 or 4 wheels).

Since all K2 Surge skate models are targeted at skaters of varying skill levels, each has been equipped with a brake.
