Product details
Rollerblade has been making skates and skate parts longer than anyone, so they’re an amazing asset to making good products. Blank was created as a division of Rollerblade so that Tom Hyser could have specific control and creative outlet over the product design and marketing of the products. Creative OG skater with a unique vision of how he wants skating to look and be presented.
Rollerblade Blank 64 — more speed for aggressive skating setup
The Rollerblade Blank 64 is a modified version of the popular Rollerblade Blank frame, which can be found bundled with every model of Rollerblade Blank skates. Designed for higher speeds, the 64 version is a dedicated solution for aggressive skating in a flat setup (four wheels of one size in one frame) on 64 mm diameter wheels. An excellent choice if you need a little more stability on the bumps when skating street or a little more dynamics when flying over the skateparks.
Rollerblade Blank 64 frames offer great middle wheels protection
The shallow and narrow groove, additionally protected by its unique shape, correspond to the centre wheels by hiding them inside the frame which will not allow you to jam when grinding. The centre split is 108 mm, making it much easier to hit the rails and lock them in a grind-friendly position.
The bottom part of the frame has a standard width, but becomes thinner towards the top. It was designed this way to allow the frame to glide over bumps on ledges/coping etc.
Rollerblade Blank 64 frames — worth knowing!
The compatibility of the Rollerblade Blank frame with b wheels makes it perceptibly higher than standard solutions of this category. Tricks will be a little more difficult to pull off, but in return you get a significant speed boost and the characteristic to flat setups ease of manoeuvrability.
The frame allows for flat setup also with 60 mm wheels. Wheels with smaller diameters are not recommended.
Made of Zytel Composite material, the frame is offered in two lengths:
- Size 1: 240 mm (wheel base length)
- Size 2: 270 mm (wheel base length)
All hardware and UFS threads are included.
