Krypton helmets are more affordable offering out of the two intended for urban use. It is made with simpler out-mold process. Inner shell made out of polystyrene and outer one made out of polyurethane are molded separately and then glued together. This classic manufacturing method is reliable and fast – even if one of elements will mold with defects and won’t pass quality control, the other one can still be used in production, without binning a whole helmet.

Such construction template guarantees safety, of course – although, the helmet is bigger than Helium model, which uses in-mold technology. It is also a bit heavier, but not by much – only 100g.

It comes with two sizes: S/M and L/XL, but each of them comes with additional set of foams, which can be used for fit adjustment.
