Hyper XTR are made for skaters who want solid fitness and training speed skating wheels without spending a large amount of money. They come with strong cores, good amount of decent quality urethane and are available in sizes from 80 mm up to 100 mm. The urethane compound is durable, grippy (comes in handy on tight corners!) and a rebound which makes you question if these aren’t proper, dual layer speed wheels.
Even though the main audience of XTR wheels are speed skating amateurs and professionals who do not want to spend much on a set of wheels for training outside of competition, they will also work well for those who like intense workout on skates, go fast and cover longer distances.
