The MPC brand, also known as  Mearthane Products Corporation is located in Cranson, Rhode Island, USA. The brand can be a little bit enigmatic for us Europeans – their products are not targeted at the mass market and availability on this side of the pond was never great either. However, in recent years the situation with distribution has improved and now is the perfect time to give MPC wheels a spin.

The company was founded back in 1965 and specializes in manufacturing all kinds of products from polyurethane. One of them is two layers wheel concept, with softer urethane covered by outer layer of harder blend. This results in excellent rebound, great speed and high durability. As of today, all leading speedskating wheels manufacturers use this technology.
