Wicked Twincam ILQ 7 (12 szt.) - Inline skate bearings - worth knowing!
The ILQ bearing standard refers to a classification system for bearings used in roller skates and inline skates. ILQ stands for 'Inline Quad', indicating that these bearings are designed specifically with the needs of skaters in mind.
How does the ILQ designation differ from ABEC?
Inline skate bearings are often rated using the ABEC (Annular Bearing Engineering Committee) system. The ABEC rating system ranks bearings only in terms of precision, with higher numbers indicating greater precision. However, factors such as load resistance and lubrication quality, which are not directly taken into account by the ABEC system, are also important for inline skating.
ILQ brand bearings are a proven solution by many skaters and companies around the world. If you are looking for a combination of durability with quality and speed, then no matter what kind of skates you have or what style of riding you do - these bearings are for you.
About manufacturer
Wicked is a brand of bearings created by Powerslide company. Seeing that there was a barely filled gap between cheap and premium bearings on the market, Germans asked themselves – hey, why not start to make reliable bearings that hit this sweet spot of performance, quality and price balance? They took this idea and ran with it, over time expanding to include more premium offerings, too.
Wicked bearings are made in cooperation with multiple manufacturers all over the world. From cheapest ones made in China, to most expensive ones made in Switzerland, you know that you are getting a product worth the asking price. No matter what kind of skating style you prefer, there is a Wicked bearing model for you out there.
