FR Junk Freestyle MPC 76mm X-Firm wheels are high-tech solution for the advanced freestyle slalom skaters. Their size fit their destination – you will only find them in sizes most frequently used in freestyle slalom: 80 mm, 76 mm and 72 mm.

The wheels are made of two different polyurethane compounds. The compound in contact with the ground is hard, while inside there is a ring made of very soft polyurethane. According to the manufacturer, this combination causes the wheels to give off energy during the ride so that it is easier to maintain speed while skating between cons - a technology borrowed from speed wheels.

FR Junk Freestyle MPC 76mm X-Firm (8 pcs) wheels for inline skates – worth knowing!

The FR Junk Freestyle MPC Wheel X-Firm is an equivalent with the MPC Freestyle X-Firm Wheel, but it has no pigment in the poly-urethane. Because there is no pigment in it, it has an even better quality.

FR Junk Freestyle MPC does not use the typical A-scale to describe the hardness of the wheel. Instead, they came up with their own scale, and so the MPC Freestyle wheels are X-FIRM, meaning they will do best at hard, dry and even surfaces – the exact same type that is preferable for freestyle slalom trainings. The producer compares it to the 83-85A hardness (the outer part, obviously).

For the optimization of wheel rolling, the manufacturer recommends using precision spacers with a width of 10.10mm or 10.00mm.
