A distinctive feature of the FR Skates Backpack 30L 2025 - Black model is an excellent system for attaching skates. Here, we get two options: wheels covered inside or exposed outside, and what's more, besides the securing straps, we also get two flaps that cleverly immobilize the skates in suspension, additionally protecting them.
Good ventilation in both the back padding and the shoulder strap provides excellent airflow, making it especially useful for long-distance carrying. Meanwhile, the stiffened back panel in the carrying system enhances comfort and spine protection, and the addition of a proper hip belt ensures greater stability when the backpack is fully packed.

One pair of skates can be stored between the main pocket and the outer layer, with the possibility of fitting a second pair in the main compartment.
Protection against weather conditions — included is also a rainproof, ortalion cover, a light but durable material, protecting the contents of the backpack from rain, snow, and other adverse weather conditions. As a result, everything inside the backpack remains dry and safe.
The FR Backpack 30L is a useful solution for longer skate outings with a dedicated equipment holder system – the most commonly chosen method for transporting our skates. Quick access to the skate holder system will be useful, for example, at the airport, where we need to unhook and reattach the skates during checks.

FR Skates is second brand created by freestyle slalom legend, Sebastien Laffargue. It branched off from Seba in second half of year 2016 and includes mostly the freeskating range of skates taken from the predecessor, namely the FR line of skates. However, Sebastien has decided to take some of high-end freestyle slalom skates under new brand, like the highly regarded Igor for example. Thus, FR Skates have become a flagship brand of its creator and can be considered an aggregation of best products and ideas released under Seba label up to year 2016. It doesn’t mean that lower price offerings haven’t made the cut – the extremely popular entry level FRX are still available!
FR Skates continues Seba legacy of quality, wide availability of parts and innovation. Sebastien and his pals have hands full of work and try to push the sport in to new directions with FR Skates. It’s worth to mention an innovative concept of 90-72-72-90 freestyle slalom frames or that they’ve delivered a wide range of UFS based freeskating frames. The brand even makes super light and extra stiff full carbon frames – of course, it’s not the first company to make frames out of this material, but the first to use the technology to make frames for cone slalom.
FR Skates brand gains momentum with every new product and is on the way to eclipse achievements of its precursor, Seba.
